How can I order?

Through the following five steps you can place your order:


  • With the button 'add to Cart' Would you like to order several copies? Adjust the number of in the shopping basket and click 'update'
  • Have you changed your mind? Click on the 'remove' button
  • Done shopping? Click on 'Checkout'


  • Sign in if you already have an account with us.
  • If you don't have an account? Create your account or place your order without an account. Fill in your personal details and the delivery address. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  • Ready with your information? Click ' continue '.

  • Select the shipping method.

  • Choose the desired method of payment. If you have a discount code or gift certificate, fill it in at the 'coupon code' bar and click on 'activate coupon' then click 'review your order'.

  • Is everything as you please? Then you can complete the order with the button 'Checkout'.
  • Do you want to change something? Click 'Edit' and customize your order.
  • If you click on 'Checkout', you agree to our terms and conditions.


Please specify on the form added to your shipment which article you want to send back and tell us what the reason is of your return. Add this form to your package and give the package to the post office. If you choose to make an account with us, log in to our website and specify which items you want to return and the reason for your return. This way you will be informed during all status changes of your return. Returns are always possible within 14 days after receiving the clothing. However, all original labels must still be attached to the products and the products need to be fully in tact. The amount already paid will be refunded to your account within a few days after receiving the goods. If you would like to order a different color or size, you can state so below or contact us for an exchange.

Exchange or returns we don't accept
  • articles should not be washed or worn;
  • the items must have all original tags and packaging (if reasonably possible);
  • the articles need to be treated carefully and should not be kept in smokey rooms or kitchens;
  • we do not accept underwear from which the packaging has been opened;
  • we do not accept gift certificates received wrong item?
Different item received than ordered

Have you received a different item then you've ordered? Send us an e-mail (shop@thisislily.com) and we will arrange it for you.
